Frequently asked questions
Where can I find my referral link?
Sign in to your account and go to «Referral Program». Your personal link can be copied or shared via WhatsApp, Telegram, Facebook or email.
How do I know when a friend has used my link?
You will receive an email notification once your friend completes their first qualifying purchase. The credit appears in your account once that order is delivered.
Can my friend use a discount code too?
Yes — your friend can use promo codes as usual.
What happens if my friend cancels their order?
If a referred order is cancelled before shipping, the referral credit will not be issued. Refunded orders may also reverse the credit.
Can I refer myself with a different account?
No, self-referrals are not allowed and will be detected automatically. Attempting fraudulent referrals may lead to account suspension.
