How can I check my credit balance?

Sign in to your account and go to «Loyalty Program». Your current balance, transaction history, and tier are shown there.

What happens to my credits if I return or exchange an item?

If an order is returned or refunded, the credits earned for that purchase may be cancelled. The exact amount depends on the refund value and reason.

How can I stay updated on promotions and special offers?

Subscribe to our newsletter and enable push notifications in your account. We send updates on bonus credit campaigns, exclusive sales, and tier promotions.

When can I use my credits?

Credits can be used at checkout to reduce your order total. They are available immediately after they are added to your account.

Can I pay for an order entirely with credits?

No. Credits can cover up to 50% of the order total; the rest is paid with your usual payment method.

Do credits expire?

Yes — credits expire after 6 months without purchases. We will remind you by email before they expire.
